My role is not to sell predefined solutions or push transactions forward prematurely. It’s to assess where a project truly stands, identify what’s missing, and help align the right capital, structure, and advisory path to move it forward.

Many projects stall not because the idea is weak, but because timing, structure, and capital readiness are misaligned. My work focuses on correcting that before momentum is lost. Execution, systems, and implementation work are delivered through Applaide, the consulting and execution firm I founded, along with select partners where appropriate.
